AIAC announces the successful transfer of ownership of LuxLight to Prosperity Lamps & Components Ltd.
We are delighted to announce that an agreement has been reached for the acquisition of LuxLight Singapore by Prosperity Lamps & Components Ltd. The transfer of ownership took place on the 20th of October 2020 and has been approved by the relevant regulatory authorities.
Founded in 2005, LuxLight has over a decade of experience in the lighting industry. They have taken on projects in various sectors from hotels and resorts, institutions, industrial estates, residential properties and commercial buildings.
We are proud that we were able to create such a strong brand in the lighting industry and believe that with Prosperity Lamps the brand will be able to continue its growth benefitting from operational synergies.
