AIAC AT THE YALE CEO CAUCUS IN WASHINGTON DC

March 11, 2025 – Washington, D.C. L. M. Levie, Chairman of American Industrial Acquisition Corporation (AIAC), joined 100 corporate leaders from industry and finance along with 60 high ranking politicians and journalists at the Yale CEO Caucus, held in Washington DC on March 11, 2025. Convened by the Yale Chief Executive Leadership Institute, the program was held on the top floor and terrace at 101 Constitution Avenue, in full view of the US Capitol.
The Yale CEO Caucus was entitled “Navigating Trump 2.0” and focused on the following general themes:

AAt the conclusion of the Yale CEO Caucus, Dr. Sonnenfeld led the presentation of the Yale Legend in Leadership Award to Glenn Fogel, Chairman and CEO of Bookings Holdings, noting the remarkable rise in the financial performance and stock price of the company during Mr. Fogel’s term as CEO. The award ceremony included remarks by Albert Bourla, Chairman and CEO of Pfizer, Lynn Good, Chair and CEO of Duke Energy, and Barbara Humpton, President and CEO, Siemens Corporation. In his acceptance speech, Mr. Fogel acknowledged the dedication of the 24,000 employees of Bookings Holdings.

About Glenn Fogel
Glenn Fogel is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of Booking Holdings, a leading global provider of online travel and related services. He has held these positions since January 2017 and also serves as the CEO of Booking.com, a role he assumed in June 2019.
Fogel earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in 1983 and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1988. Before joining Booking Holdings, he worked as a trader at a global asset management firm and as an investment banker specializing in the air transportation industry.
He joined Booking Holdings (formerly Priceline Group) in February 2000. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as Head of Worldwide Strategy and Planning and as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. In these roles, he led major strategic initiatives, including the acquisitions of Booking.com, KAYAK, OpenTable, Rentalcars.com, and Agoda.com, significantly expanding the company's global footprint.
