Stavanger Steel acquires Kohlswa from Keycast Group

Keycast Group has divested their subsidiary Keycast Kohlswa AB to Stavanger Steel of Norway.

Keycast is delighted to have found a buyer for Kholswa AB within the “Nordic foundry family”, with a long and distinguished industrial background. Kholswa AB provides Stavanger with integration synergies which will be helpful in the long term development of their consolidated business.

Keycast Group will continue its strategy of focusing on the branded wear parts business “Combi Wear Parts” headquartered in Ljungby and continue to deliver sustainable innovation and increased competitiveness of patented wear part solutions to customers in the construction, mining and dredging industries as well as complex, customer-unique key components for market leaders in the forest and freight management industry.
