AIAC AT THE YALE MAYORS COLLEGE AND THE YALE CEO CAUCUS

March 5-6, 2024 – Washington, DC - American Industrial Acquisition Corporation Chairman L. M. Levie participated in the Yale School of Management’s Yale Mayors College and Yale CEO Caucus, which took place in a conference facility near the U.S. Capitol in Washington, DC. The program was led by Professor Jeffrey Sonnenfeld, the Lester Crown Professor in the Practice of Management at the Yale School of Management and Senior Associate Dean for Leadership Studies. Dr. Sonnenfeld is founder and CEO of the Chief Executive Leadership Institute.
The Yale Mayors College and CEO Caucus is an annual event that convenes mayors, domestic and foreign government leaders, and CEOs of multinational companies, for candid, off the record discussions on the most pressing global issues. The March 2024 Program was entitled “The Secondary Business Effects of the Primary Election Season: Lessons on Guiding Investor, Workforce, Customer, and Community Harmony.”
Topics covered during the Program included the wars in the Ukraine and Gaza, China-Taiwan tensions, domestic political violence, industrial turnaround investing, economic development in US cities, venture capital, artificial intelligence, investor activism, artificial Intelligence, cyber threats to municipalities and corporations, election worker safety, and climate change.
The Yale Mayors College included mayors from large, medium, and small US cities, and senior officials from the White House, FBI, and the Federal Judiciary.

At the conclusion of the two-day program, Mike Sievert, President and CEO of T-Mobile, was presented with the Yale Legend in Leadership Award by Peter Orzag, CEO of Lazard, Laxman Narasimhan, CEO of Starbucks, and Marc Benioff, Founder and CEO of Salesforce. Professor Sonnenfeld commented, “As CEO of T-Mobile, Mike has led one of the greatest and most unprecedented business transformation sagas of any current CEO.”
Mr. Levie observed, “This year’s award winner, Mike Sievert, has achieved astonishing operational and financial results for his company, T-Mobile. Following the conclusion of the formal event, Mr. Levie privately dined with Amazon Government Relations Director and fellow Trilateral Commission Member Adam Falkoff, then joined with former White House Senior Advisor Olivia Troye and officers and associates of the Yale School of Management Chief Executive Leadership Institute.
